Yes, anyone can plan an event. How often have you planned an event for 50-300 people? Can you plan, participate and enjoy your event as if you are a guest? Whether you need assistance with decorating ideas, budget planning, timelines and schedules, my goal is to help to ensure your event is more than what you originally envisioned and that you will get to enjoy your event as if you were a guest.

Whether it is decorating ideas, decision-making, or timelines and schedules, I will help to ensure your wedding is more than what you originally envisioned and that you will get to enjoy your celebration as if you were a guest!

6 Face-Face Planning Sessions

Coordination of rehearsal, wedding, & reception

  • Reviewing the planning calendar and details from our face-face Planning Session. Make sure all tasks have been considered and handled. Help provide packing lists for the 3 major events of the weekend.
  • Send in the signed marriage license if the officiant doesn't take care of it that part.
  • Provide reminders throughout the wedding and reception of upcoming portions of the wedding and reception
  • Check-in with the wedding party during the getting ready time, bring snacks and help ensure you are ready and on time for the wedding. Handle any last-minute requests or unforeseen emergencies.

Assist in creating the Order of Service & Reception timeline

  • Contacting all contracted event pros, go over the details and find out their equipment and timing needs. Combine their timelines to create one master timeline. Once it has been approved by the event pros, I will send it out to all the event pros and the bridal party.

Coordination of wedding party service providers

  • Make sure you have all the event professionals that you and your wedding/reception need. Pre-interview event pros. Schedule joint meetings for you, me and event pro if needed. Provide referrals to any vendors still needed. Encourage all event pros to work as a team for the best results for the wedding weekend.
  • Assist with finding vendors, negotiating contracts

Design & planning décor

  • Curate and design ceremony, cocktail hour and reception decor. Create schematics, gather needed event pros and oversee/handle the decor in all the spaces listed above.

RSVP management

  • Assist you with maintaining your RSVPs as an Excel doc. Follow-up with those that have not responded on your behalf.

Assist with budget awareness and provide tips throughout the whole process

  • We will schedule monthly check-in Zoom meetings or phone calls starting 9 months prior to the wedding date. These check-in meetings are in addition to the 6 Face-Face planning times. During the month of the wedding, we will have weekly check-ins.

Set-up and coordinating tear-down of rooms

  • Any decor or personal items needed to be set up and boxed up at the end of the night.

$40 credit - Sweetheart table linens

  • I will provide you a link to be able to pick out your specialty linen (tablecloth & napkin) for your sweetheart table.
